JIIC (Jae Il Industry Co. Ltd) has been Producing one phase and three phase E.I Cores more than 30 years since the foundation in 1973. In 1994, the own factory was established with newly renovated automatic production lines, and also, JIIC obtains the most various size of E.I DIE frames from smallest to largest size(630m/m) in core Industry so that the productivity and the capacity have been able to be improved as the best company in EI core industry.
Based on this history, JIIC has been able to build unrivaled KNOW-HOW and technology. JIIC's business activities have been guided by deals of Stable financial structure in the inner part of management and Responsibilities with obligation to customers. Since it's foundation, these principals enable JIIC to enjoy steady growth and the sound development. Thus JIIC has been able to become a leader in core industry through trustworthiness and reliability. Up to present time, JIIC has been supplied silicon steel as a raw material by POSCO. Co. Ltd and imported shortages by Japan. Today, JIIC supplies 70% of domestic E,I core market in larger sizes such as larger than 219m/m in one phase, and most of three phase. Therefore, JIIC supplies 20% of domestic E,I market in total. In effect total revenue in 2005 was 14,000 million Korean Won.
At this moment, JIIC is applying three patents and already acquired a utility model patent, no 0296081 from Korean Industry Property Organization.
